Arbetsrutiner för bättre samverkan mellan polis, räddningstjänst och försäkringsbolag Rapporten baseras på de insatser som Linköpings polis och räddningstjänst har utfört i samband med bränder i Linköpings kommun under perioden 1992-07-01--1993-06-30. Ungefär 1100 insatser har legat till grund för den analys och värdering som gjorts inom projektets ram. Projektets huvudmål har varit att finna former för bättre arbetsrutiner och samverkan mellan räddningstjänst, polis och försäkringsbolag. Uppföljningen har också haft som mål att så långt som möjligt försöka fastlägga orsakerna till bränderna och i förlängningen brandförloppen. Arbetet med detta projekt har visat att brandorsaksundersökningar kan bli betydligt effektivare genom ett ökat samarbete mellan räddningstjänst, polis och försäkringsbolag. Samarbetet måste dock baseras på fullständig öppenhet och respekt för respektive parts kompetens och huvuduppgift. This report is based on operations carried out by the police and the rescue services in connection with fires in the municipality of Linköping during the period 1992-07-01- -1993-06-30. The analyses and the evaluation carried out within this project is based on, approximately, 1100 operations . The aim of this project was to find procedures of work for a better co-ordination between the police and the rescue services and additionally insurance companies. This project was also aimed at explaining the fire causes and, in extension, the development and the spread of fires. The work with this project has shown that investigations on the fire causes could be much more efficient by a better co-ordination between the police, the rescue services and insurance companies. To achieve effectiveness, however, the co-operation must be based on procedures enhancing the exchange of information and knowledge between the professional participants.
