The MSB (Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency) is via Mette Lindahl Olsson, Head of Natural Hazards and Critical Infrastructure Section, the focal point for Sweden’s national commitments under the Hyogo Declaration and the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) 2005–2015. For Swedish policy work in accordance with the HFA the focal point is the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The MSB is also responsible for coordinating Sweden’s national work via Sweden’s NP for DRR. This Activity Report covers the 6th year of operation of the NP – 2013.
