Shelter for 10 persons, based on minimum OCD shelter space requirements, is provided. Radiation shielding to provide a protection factor of 100 is provided by earth mounding over the wood frame. Ventilation for the occupied shelter would have to be provided through manual-electric blowers depending on availability of electric power during the occupancy period.
