This document is an attachment to the bilateral Cross Border communication guidelines (FINO, FISE and NOSE). FINOSE ISI follows the routines, structures and methods in the Norway/Sweden, Finland/ Sweden and Norway/Finland guidelines and agreements. Our ability to cooperate during cross border accidents, crises and events is strenghted by connecting the networks between Finland (Virve), Norway (Nødnett) and Sweden (Rakel). First responders and other organisations communicate and cooperate daily with colleagues in neighbouring countries. Robust and secure radio communication enables first responders to handle incidents faster and more efficient. This document describes three country co-operation through common talk groups.
