Despite the importance of National Risk Assessments, the National Risk Index developed by FEMA seems to be the only comprehensive index in the world. The aim of this study is to delve into the National Risk Index and identify the key experiences and practices that have led to its success. This is done by semi-structured interviews with representatives from FEMA and experts provided methods and data.
